Millet Dosa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup millet flour (any millet of your choice like ragi, bajra, or foxtail)
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to make the batter
  • Ghee or oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Mix millet flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, green chili, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter (similar to dosa batter consistency).
  3. Heat a tawa or griddle, grease with a little ghee or oil.
  4. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it into a thin dosa. Cook on both sides until crispy.
  5. Serve with coconut chutney or sambar.
