Millet Dosa
Ingredients:
- 1 cup millet flour (any millet of your choice like ragi, bajra, or foxtail)
- ½ cup rice flour
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 green chili, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Water to make the batter
- Ghee or oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix millet flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, green chili, and salt in a bowl.
- Add water gradually to make a smooth batter (similar to dosa batter consistency).
- Heat a tawa or griddle, grease with a little ghee or oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter and spread it into a thin dosa. Cook on both sides until crispy.
- Serve with coconut chutney or sambar.
