Kodo Millet Idli
Ingredients:
- 1 cup kodo millet
- ½ cup urad dal (black gram)
- ¼ teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions:
- Soak the kodo millet and urad dal with fenugreek seeds in water for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- Drain the water and grind the mixture to a smooth batter, adding water as required.
- Let the batter ferment for 8-12 hours in a warm place.
- Once fermented, pour the batter into idli molds and steam for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
